Hello all,
I am Tim Moore. I have been reading the forum each day for a long time but just tonight registered. I do have a cub--don't know the year but was told it is a '63. It is a lo-boy (round nose-not square) and I tried to check the serial # but it didn't match the list I had. It is 48xxx..something and ends in an R. I have had the tractor for 9 or 10 years now and have a ball with it. I cut my lawn (2.5 acres) with a woods 59, plow snow, plow my garden. Along with the mower and rear plow I have rear weights and chains. Last year I bought a second back plow and debth control along with a disc and drag for a future hi-boy (that I haven't found yet).
Besides the Farmall, I have some antique cars. My collection is mostly Model T Fords but there are a couple of A's around here. My model T collection leans toward the vintage race equipment for the T Ford. I have a collection of Frontenac overhead valve (and overhead cam) conversions. I really have more fun with the Farmall than the cars though.
