How to convert a Sediment Bowl valve to a ball valve

I hope this helps anyone else who wants to do this conversion. It took me a few trips to the hardware store to figure it out, but it was worth it.
Here are the specific items in order from the gas tank all the way to the carb;
3/8 2-1/2" brass nipple
3/8 brass 90 degree elbow
3/8 1-1/2" brass nipple
3/8 Industrial Ball Valve
3/8 x 1/4 hex bushing
* 3/8 to 1/4" pex (part description not available so see picture below)
Hose clamp
1/4" fuel line (bought at Napa)
Hose clamp
Inline fuel filter (Napa part # 3011)
Hose clamp
1/4" fuel line
Hose clamp
Leave the existing compression fitting in the carb and then use hack saw to cut steel fuel line. I left two inches of the steel line and pushed the 1/4" fuel line right over it and clamped it down tight.
The only other cutting I had to do was to take about and inch off the handle of the ball valve because it would hit the large nut on the hydraulic rock shaft. Just use a hack saw and then file the end to remove any sharp edges. Feel free to ask any questions.
