I agree those truck tires are fairly useless. IF I buy this tractor those tires will be the first things to go.
Thanks. The tires on the parts tractor look good, I may swap them.

Anyone have any ideas about the mower?

Okay, some months have passed since I posted on here. It appears the man sold the nice red 57 Cub I was interested in. He still has the parts tractor mentioned above. The engine is stuck... I am thinking about making him a low-ball offer on it.
