Timming issues

I added 2 pictures The first picture is of my magneto the center top distributor wire is at 12;00 the 2nd picture is a picture I found on here and the center top wire is between 12;00 and 1;00 I set timing exactly as the video on here shows Or I least I think I did , Ive checked 3 times, Got #1 on tdc installed magneto rotated the motor 1 revolution back on pin pulled magneto away from engine until it clicked and the tightened the mag up. I must did something wrong, In case the pictures are backwards mine is the picture not showing the generator I tried to add it to my post "Timming issues" but I messed it all up
