Now Eugene..........where's the fun in that?? If we always took the easy way out we wouldn't even need a forum such as this!
Since my last post I've been looking at the new black cloth covered wire set I got.......maybe I can strip the cloth covers off. I read somewhere the cloth is covered with a lacquer. Don't know it it's true lacquer or just what some folks call any clear coat.........but I'm going to do some experimenting. I'll be back............

I guess there is fun in the chase. But, my opinion, why bother when a fix is in sight and readily available.
