Just because the Tractor Supply web site shows the price of the C-235 oil filter at $ 7.29, go to your store.
My store had them marked 2.79 in store but when got to check out they were .79 like said in the original post.

hello all from the warm deep south . 55 degrees morning low , 78 high next few days . I had the same experience at one store . 79 cents instead of the marked 2.99 . On a side note , for anyone local , i hit the denham springs store ( close to home ) and on some recent travels hit breaux bridge , laplace , and hammond . coppersmythe..............

I just picked up 2 235's for the Cub at $0.79 each and 3 135's for the 300 at $0.69 each.

Called the TSC store south of where I work scored 2 C-135s for the 300 at $.69 a piece no C-235's. Called the store north of where I work and scored 3 C-235's at $0.79 a piece. So brings the total up to 5 each.

one drawback to living in the Ozarks is that there isn't a lot out here , no TSC stores within hours of me. an oil filter for the cub, cost me over $10

With all the negative comments about Tractor Supply, it makes me wonder what stores would be good for tractor guys. In my area, we have, not only TSC, but Rural King, Family Center, and Dickiy Bubs. To the north, in Desoto, there is an Orschelns.
