i get those at NAPA Auto Parts and are fairly reasonable. I buy them by the box. Can't remember the part number off hand.

ah ha, the socket wires are called single wire pigtails. Gottem. Also got a rotary switch for the combo light. Making progress. 5 lights and some are soldered, one has a worm clamp for a socket ground and another had 2 hair pins holding the hot lead housing button. Necessity is the mother of invention I guess

Might check local salvage yard for some of the older clearance or marker lights, and take the guts out of the socket.

I was going to but ended up getting a couple on ebay for $5. You can google anything as long as you know the term to describe the item. I couldn't put "that wire with the flat end that goes in a cub light socket". That would not have worked. Light pigtail, had many options!
