Cub Attatchment

Can any one tell me what this attatchment was used for, I want to sell it on ebay and am not sure what it was used for, can anyone give me a description

Don't quote me on this but it looks like part of the lifting mechanism on a 54 Grader blade meant for a 154 . I swear it looks like the parts I took off of the grader when I picked it up and had to retrofit it for a Cub.

Can anyone else help on this?
