Go to your local store and tell them you need 4.00-12AG tires. They can usually get tires and tubes just as cheap as online suppliers when you factor in shipping. My local place will sell two tires and tubes MOUNTED on my rims for $105.00 Good used Cub rims can be had for around $20.00 each.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

They don't mention the tubes as being with these. If the tube is extra you're up to over $40 a tire after shipping is figured in.

Darn holes in the center of the rim is 3" and I need 3-1/8". I am not sending them back, I will expand the hole in the shop at work. What a pain, but I can't spend $100 x 2 for tires and rims.
