IH-1000 *oddities*...
Fellas,
Well, I got that IH-1000 eBay special the other day, and I have some questions (wasn't that predicable?)
I haven't tried to mount it to a tractor yet, it's still sitting on the pallet, but I'm wondering about some of its "unique features" (better known as POI, or "Previous Owner Improvements") and how best to revert or negate them...
Of course, it's got some bits and pieces welded to it all over the place, and the subframe was cut in half on both sides, and then booger welded back together so badly that you just gotta scratch your head and say "what the !@#$%% were they thinkin'!), but that part should be easily repairable.
I'm trying to figure out how best to post pictures that will show the "attributes", and I suppose I should eat my own dog food and try to post them onto the Cub Photo Server... Is there any way to get pictures from the Cub Photo Server to show up directly in your posts, instead of just as a link?

Yes. Right click on the photo once uploaded to the Cub photo server. Select PROPERTIES. Copy the URL and paste into your post on this forum as an IMG.
Just like that!

Thanks
Tried that and still got the URL instead of the IMG, but maybe I fat-fingered it, so I'll try it again.
Thanks guys...
Wait till you see this booger-job... Oy-oy-oy.

Allen, when you have the picture opened in the photo site (not just selected, but opened) right click on it and when the menu opens up, select "properties" The url of the picture will be displayed in that menu and it will end with .jpg
This is the address you want to paste between the img tags.

OK, here it is.
Nope. no matter what I do, I'm only getting the URL instead of the inline image.

If it doesn't end in .jpg, you are not going far enough. You must open the picture up to get its properties, otherwise you are only getting the album location.

I just had to reply regarding the welding comment!...........
I have two AC/DC arc welders; a 110v-70 amp job and a 220v-200amp unit.
I have yet to make a bead that I'd own up to !!!!!
My friend who DOES have this talent (ART actually) down pat says if my welding shop were to have a name.....it would be:
" Daub and Splotch Incorporated"
Good luck with patchin her back up.

Picture
When I open the picture, I get something that ends in ".php=-450" or something like that.
I have also tried linking to photos on my own website, and even that is not working... Is BBCode broken on my profile?

Subframe
The subframe has had "ears" welded onto it at the far back end, one on each side...
The one on the right has a secondary ear welded near it...
Here's pics of the ears and the secondary ear...
Remember, these are at the farthest point back on the subframe.
