1952 Farmall Cub
The large bolt under the hood that holds the headlight bracket. Is it tack welded on or is it removable? Cannot find in the manuals.

I would remove the headlight before doing anything else. The nut on the outside of the Hood functions as a jam nut. Soak both the inside welded nut threads and outside jam nut threads with the penetrant of your choice. Clamp onto the flatened end of the head light post (TC-37F parts manual, Grp 08, p12, Ref #3) and try to work the jam nut loose. The post may come loose of the internal nut, if so take the post out and work on the jam nut using your bench vice and cheater of choice.

On mine the nuts aren't welded but like previously mentioned I think the nut on the inside of the hood is welded
