193 bits and bobs

Postby eiebe » Fri Mar 31, 2017 4:13 pm

Ok now that I've had some time to relax from my trip to JP I decided to tear down my new plow and repaint repair and look over the plow, In my excitement I didn't see the crack and welding of the moldboard now I know their were an absolute ton of shares made for the 193 but haven't seen a list of what would work with what soil I'm on my phone but I'll see if I can post some pictures so any one willing to chime in with what I have I would deeply appreciate it :hattip:

And one follow up question on the end of my moldboard is a length of steel I've seen photos with and without it what is it's purpose?

Hi,
Here is the 193 plow owner's manual, if you don't have it.

If you mean the curved piece of metal at the rear of the moldboard, I think that is an option, and I think it helps the plow to roll over the soil better than just the moldboard would do. :)
