Nowhere in my "wish for a wish list" is there any complaint about Tom or his current service - it's fine.

They are referenced by "stock number". For him to vend by actual part numbers may....I say may, be trademark infringement, unless he is an "authorized" Case/IH dealer. Dunno.

Regardless, your point is well taken. For your particular situation, you need to be able to use a wish list. I bet if you e-mail him, or even call, he would be receptive.

Presonally I feel Tom does a awesome Job. He and everoyone there takes pride in their work and it shows. If he need to close down for a while to care for his family that is fine by me. We are human beings not robots. I support Tom and will always chose to deal with caring peaple rather than corperate greed.
