It is bent different in the manifold area

So if I changed to the later carb (zenith) and later manifold it would require the later exhaust pipe on my 59 loboy.

the later manifold has an adapter to reduce the thread size for the right angle adapter so it is taller, so the pipe had to be bent different and slightly longer

I used the later Zenith carb on my '48 Cub and it works with the old manifold. There is a different hose from the carb to the air cleaner.
