Hey Al, HAPPY FARMALL CUB MONTH!!! :{_}:
I was going to post something about this right off but I half forgot and you beat me to it. That pic you poster of the first cub , my 535 cub might be in the background and possibly came off the line the same day as 501. Remember all this is a big year for the Cub 70 years old. One could say mine will be 70 in late april coing by some of the casting codes or one could say its birthday is mid May like 501 as final assembly or startup would be its first breath of life so to speak.
I came across another brochure about February cub month. It is a 20 page booklet sent only to dealers on programs, tips, advertizing, movie day, for selling the in February. I could try to get it scanned for the site if they want it, but here are some quick pics of it.

O.K.,O.k. it' s Cub month and not happy birthday ( yet).
I stand corrected ,but still want cake.

Also noticed I had 49 instead of 48 listed as Seen Yore's date of birth. Sheesh.
