hi, i just obtained an old rusty cub. 1949 i think. I need manuals. Where do I get them and which ones are good?

Top left of this post quick links at the bottom of the list is all the PDF manuals for cubs and most implements. Blue ribbon under service manuals

Welcome to the website.
Here is a 1949 Cub owner's manual, if you didn't find it. They have much info about operation, lubrication, and maintenance. It is good to read it if you never have. There is a table of contents on page 1, makes it easier to use on the internet.
You could check the tractor serial number, to see if it a 1949.
