Can anyone tell me how to tune up the sickle bar on my #22 mower? It chokes up on fine grass.

This link will take you to several 22 mower manuals which give directions. Probably a combination of setting the ledger, sharpen blades, adjust rock guards, etc.

My Cub 22 mower doesn't cut fine grass too well without using serrated knives. With them it works good.
Here is a Cub 22 mower owner's manual. It has lots of info about adjusting and working on it. It is for 3 different models of mowers, some of the info is for all 3 and some for 1 model. It tells at the top of the pages if the info is for 1 model.
