We tried to mount it at the Cubfest, but couldn't figure out how to make it work with the parts we had. There was no outboard jockey rod bracket so we fabbed one out of angle iron. Clearance of the blades seems too tight to use even carriage bolts. John Puckett emailed me a picture showing the setup on a Cubarama Cub, but the angle doesn't show me what we were doing wrong. If you have a Mott with the LH "jockey rod" would you contact me or post some pictures please. John, if you'd post that picture of the left side, I'm not sure how to get it from email to here.
Thanks, Bob

Re: Mott Flail Mower with Left Hand Jockey Rod
Thanks John. I have the bracket that attaches to the implement pad. The piece below it is flat bar with a perpendicular pin at both ends. That would allow it to pivot side to side, but not up and down. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to attach the lower pin to the mower. I'm guessing I might be missing a piece. I have found a few pictures that show the right side without the jockey rod, but none show the left side. Also can't find a later manual or parts manual that might show what I'm missing or doing wrong.
