Problem fixed. Tank was drained and I could see somthing blocking the fill hole to the sediment intake. So I removed it (kept tank on tractor) and it was a bug shell that fit nicely into that port. I blew it out then noticed a lot of gray crud that was in the assembly so I cleaned it all out, attached everything back and now it runs great.

The chances of my sisters getting some crud in the tank are extremely high (based upon previous experience).
