Thanks John, i am going to make an idler/tension pulley between the drawbar and mower. Because when it goes up and drops down real quick it starts to move all over the place :o The belt isn't worn out because it's brand new. Thanks for all of the help

Thakns Jack, I did that and now it works well except you have to lift up on the back pulley to get it into gear. Thanks again, Jostev

Jostev, if you have eplaced the pto pilot bushin, and the rear beairng is good, the pilot shaft on the pto may be worn if you have to lift the pulley up to get it in gear.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!

You mean actually grab the PTO pulley and lift up on it, from the seated position? With a belt on the pulley?

YES I have to pull up on the pulley to get it into gear, I think that the housing on the tractor part is worn, The bushing fits on the shaft nice. The tractor I think was used and abused hard before me. Thanks again

Gosh, just be careful your foot doesn't come off the clutch, wouldn't that spin the PTO and catch your hand in the belt?
