Quick and easy. Go to Ace Hardware, they carry "International Blue Implement Paint" in a rattle can. It is a good color match to the original blue.

The Ace Hardware stores around the Kansas City area have stopped stocking the Rust Stop International Blue, but can still order it from their warehouse.
