Curious Rod Bearing Numbers
When I pulled the bearings on my '62 Cub, It appeared that they hadn't fit very well, kind of a poor fit around the locating tabs. This crank is .20 under and that's what is stamped on the bearing but I can't find any reference to the number on them: 376 606 R1. The block is from a '72 but it is still below the number when the rods changed (it has the earlier rods). I wonder if someone put in rod bearings for the later style? Anyone familiar with that number?

That is the number you should expect for that combination of parts. It is in the book for 20 under bearings with the early rods.

Thanks!
Thanks fellas, I looked in my TC-37F parts book and couldn't find it. I guess I will have to look harder and/or get more books.
