Postby gy299 » Sun Mar 20, 2016 7:32 am

I just recently purchased a woods 42 mower and I have a couple questions I hope someone can help me with.

how do I know if its a 42c1 or 42c2 or does it matter as far as blade replacement ?

What is the belt I need to use

I am running this on a 1953 cub. the mower is yellow and octagon in shape can just barley read woods on the deck

If you click on Rudi's Manuals above, you see OEM IMPLEMENT & ATTACHMENT MANUALS. Click on Woods Mowers, and there are several choices. All the 42 mowers (if they have the paired swinging twisted blades) use blade #3975, regardless of model, available at the Woods dealers.
