fee?

Postby jakeesspoo » Thu Sep 08, 2005 7:51 pm

I for one would have no problem with a membership fee...I know your trying to keep away from that as much as possible but it ould be worth it and I think with the amount of members who would contribute it would be a minimal cost...

Setup cost

Postby allenlook » Fri Sep 09, 2005 10:42 am

I'll put up a significant portion of the setup cost or the first year operational cost if the quoted amount is correct.

The fees for the first year have already been covered by an anonymous donor. Consider a plan for maintaining the fees from year to year.

My prior post on this was removed. Please advise.

Bottom line here is if we want our website to be better its going to cost a few bucks. I will be happy to help support any funding for growth and improvent of our web site.

Cool

Postby allenlook » Fri Sep 09, 2005 11:33 am

I was under the impression, from the latest posts, that the idea had died an untimely death... I'm glad to see it's moving ahead! :D

Thank you to whomever has covered the cost of the startup, and seeing as it was my half-baked post that started the effort, may I offer to pay some or all of the operational cost for the next year?

Just tell me where to send the check! Oh, and it would be helpful to have one of those "donate here" buttons on the website - do we have that?
