Anyone seen this snow blade before?

Say this on Craigs list.

The Club is not a 49 but was this a blade that was sold or a homemade mod? If it is home made it looks very nice.

And the lifting A-frame is attached to the blade further back than it was originally. Wonder why? Should be mounted like this:

There's not a lot of information on the listing, but I don't think a 49 had an under-slung exhaust or that style emblems on the hood, I didn't see a hole in the hood for an exhaust stack either. It's possible I suppose that the hood was changed. A 66" mower deck? Seems a bit much for a Cub and probably has been retro-fitted. It also has an external hydraulic oil tank which it probably doesn't need since it has two cylinders on the grader blade, but it could be there for another purpose. Anyway, just seems like a lot going on there, makes me wonder if its worth anywhere near his asking price??? ...IMHO its probably not even worth half of his asking price.

I am wondering if having the A Frame mounted further back like that, gives it a little higher lift on the blade :?:

I was wondering about that two but if I'm not mistaken it may actually decrease the lift.
