Re: 61 lowboy seat
No way to tell which seat was originally on it unless some of the original seat-specific brackets are still there or some original paint lines indicate where some brackets may have been. Pictures?
The standard color of a '61 Lo-Boy was all yellow.

Re: 61 lowboy seat
Is the shift lever straight or bent with angle forward? I think the deluxe seat had the angle shift. My 57 had a pan seat and the angle shift so it made it easy to change to the deluxe seat.

Lo-Boys all had the bent shifters. The pan seat on a Lo-Boy was in a different position than on a Farmall.

Re: 61 lowboy seat
Thanks Jim, another bit of information that one does not come upon every day. When I installed the deluxe seat, the support/mounting brackets were the same. Not to say that they were correct but was what I got with the seat. StanJim Becker wrote:Lo-Boys all had the bent shifters. The pan seat on a Lo-Boy was in a different position than on a Farmall.
