Rufus has been in 'production' (mowing) for ten years! Time sure flies!
Sure have met some great folks in that time.

Been here since the first or second day of the website. I moved here from the old ATIS site, which still gets a little traffic on the email part.

I've got to re-subscribe to ATIS. When we moved last year I got a new ISP. Something was out of whack and the subscribe emails wouldn't go through....

Re: Old timers
Still here.
Will be 72 years of age in a couple of months. Slowed down considerably in the past couple of years. Physical strength is not what it use to be. Don't get around as well as I use to. Still work on farming activities or machinery an hour or so a day.
It's 3 PM, sitting in front of the computer on this web site, and I'm done for the day. This afternoon, tossed a load of firewood in the back of the 3/4 ton pickup, pulled the engine on daughters Cub Cadet, worked on the alcove flooring. Back hurts, neck hurts, arms hurt, arthritis in right wrist is kicking up.
Son is suppose to be here in about 1/2 hour so we can cut firewood. Think I will cancel my portion of cutting fire wood and just have supper.

According to member list this site started February 1, 2003. I joined sixteen days later. This was just after Spencer Yost's site crashed.

Re: Old timers
Been coming here for a long time. I used to visit the ATIS site as well. Been posting here less time though. Joined about the time I got my first Cub. Still here too. Just noticed I am approaching my 10 year anniversary.
Seems to not be as much traffic here as there once was. Sad to see. About as sad as Cubarama this year. Lets hope it all improves. Many good times here and there.

Re: Old timers
I had not thought about it until I read this post but in 19 days I will have been on here for 10 years as well.
I don't have time to get on here much, or Cub as much as I like, but I sure have enjoyed this site and the people.
I hope we can keep doing this for a long time in the future.
I sure do respect all the "Old Timers" their experience, knowledge and toughness. Keep it going, you all are an inspiration.
