Rod knock

#4 rod was knocking. cleaned up the crank. checked the journal with a mic. when I replace the rod bearing should I also replace the rod bolts and nuts?

Agree with Eugene. With the many old, antique engines I have rebuilt I can count on one hand the number of times I have replaced a rod bolt.
