I ordered a By-pass block from TM parts today. I should get it in a couple of days.
I took a pic of where it goes, I noticed that the exchaust runs up against it. How do I deal with that? Any suggestions?
Rick

Rick, I took my exhaust pipe completely free from the tractor. Put it in a vise with blocks of wood in the right places, and proceeded to remove a slight amount of the bend that is near and to the rear of the hydraulic manifold. Then added a little more bend to the area up near the exhaust manifold. MUST BE CAREFUL, YOU DON'T WANT TO KINK THE PIPE A little tweaking here and there, and this is what I ended up with. Was very satisfied with the result.
The muffler hangs slightly lower now, but is in the same plane as before. I fabricated a small angle for a spacer to utilize the original muffler support.

Looks like a tight squeeze in that last pic past the implement mount. It ain't easy getting that exhaust back there with only smooth bends!

This is a special bracket for the IH loader to move the muffler away from the loader frame. It sorta moves the exhaust away from the hydraulic block but not really enough.
