Check your tractor's operator's manual. There are several lubrication locations on the distributor.

I would clean up the distributor, and remove the plate under the points and check/lub the mechanical advance.

Thanks...I know it was 20 it will check tomorrow. Yes I think I will take it all apart clean it up pretty good.
