If you enter the part number into a search engine, you will come up with a number of sources for the part. Machinery Trader has several listings that show current inventory. I checked with McMaster Carr and they do not show a 3-1/4" plug in their catalog. You may want to ask NAPA for a 3-1/4" plug to see if they have one.

I'm not sure what this part is or why you would need to replace it.

I believe he is talking about the plug on the side of the right angle gear box for the pto. It sometimes leaks, and if you need to replace some of the bearings it has to come out.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!

Thanks for all your help. I was able to find the expansion plug at a Case/IH dealer.
