It could be, but if you want one like the original it should say "McCORMICK-DEERING" on top. I just ordered a bunch of the (I hope) correct ones from Joe's Farmalls, but I haven't seen them yet. He only had one set in stock so I decided to wait for his back order.
His number: 814-226-6214
BTW... I don't think that set is original to any Cub. The ones with the circle Cub on the radiator support ('47) all said "McCORMICK-DEERING" on top.
IMHO, any decal looks better than no decal, regardless whether it is correct or not

I have reseached it, the folks here sent me to binder books.
They have everthing you will need . From veiwing it should have McCormick Deering
Farmall Cub
No circle Cub on them . I bought a set off ebay and would look nice but not right for the year. When you apply them make sure you spray water mixed with an ammonia. So they don't adhere right away. The ammonia breaks the beading of the water which, makes the water spread out more, then get it placed and work the decal down with a soft peice of plastic
Ask them at binder books they know the type of ammonia to use.
Take it from me I had to but an extra set. Before the water trick. If you find that you goof a set up and need to get one Mc Cormick Deering
I have one. Also I have the Cicle Cub set for anyone that may have use of it.
