We can figure this out. Just exactly what are you trying to do? Are you changing from 6 volt to 12 volt? What is the engine/machine you are changing over?
If the current system is 6 volt and remaining 6 volt generally all you have to do is change the battery cables, reverse the leads to the coil, swap cable positions on the amp meter, and repolarize the regulator. If this is a car any electrically operated gages (fuel) will need to have the wires reversed. For a 6 volt system this is a major operation with no gain.
