Governor trouble shooting
Hi new here and looking for help. my 1963 lo boy has a hard time maintaining power running up slight grades and mowing thick grass. runs well, doesn't smoke, miss or other issues. However it stays on a high idle when throttle linkage is all the way back to what should be idle position.
