It's Red!

Postby Dave in Md » Sun Jul 31, 2005 7:04 am

I'm a week overdue in posting these, but the Cub is Red again! I have parts on order that should be in this week (rim, lamp lens, wiring harness, decals) and a few small parts, the wheel discs and front wheels to paint, then put her all back together.

Using the compressor / spray gun set-up worked very well. Turns out I much prefer it over rattle cans. I even got an airbrush for touch-ups!

Looks good. I like your parts pipe rack. Did you paint the parts hanging on the rack, or just hang them there after painting?

The parts were painted hanging on the rack. I was about to build a rack from scratch and then it hit me... Use the rack from the ole truck!
Alan... Yeah, got cats. How many can I send to you? I'll even pay shipping!!!!
