After a long winter's nap...

Postby Arthur Dent » Thu Apr 16, 2015 3:53 pm

So this past Sunday I hopped on the LoBoy highway mower for the first time since I parked it in the barn last fall. Pulled the choke, gave it 1/3 throttle and hit the starter... it turned over 5 times and started right up. :{_}:
Great little engine!
Of course the battery maintainer helped. :)

After a few days of rain and a few sunny days the grass at the farm was a bit overdue. Got it cut so it will need to be cut every 2 weeks.

It has been so wet here we have only been able to mow once so far, and only with the riding mowers. Got them both stuck too.
I'm going to change all the oils everywhere in the Cub before I put her to work. No telling how long this old stuff has been in there.
