Just looking for a little clarification on the number for the oil seal. A number that seems to pop-up (more than a few times) when doing a search through past posts is the number CR8677, am I correct in thinking that this number is a typo/mistake? The CR8677 is a thinner seal than any of the others mentioned below. The numbers that I have are:
350 892 R91
385 703 R92
A11507
CR8660
CR545294
These all crossover/interchange with Timken/National number 471267 and have the dimensions as follows:
OD- 1 3/8"
ID- 7/8"
Thickness- 1/4"
The CR8677 number that is quoted is only 1/8" in thickness. Is this just a mistake that was made years ago and has been perpetuated? The CR8677 number is listed on the A.T.I.S. website as well.
