Sounds like clutch not working, try looking through the inspection hole in the torque tube and see if the clutch fingers or bearing may be damaged

Hard to tell from information so far, but my first guess would be either the pedal adjustment has slipped, or the throwout bearing has failed. If you bought an aftermarket throwout when you did the clutch and did not soak it in oil before installing it has probably worn off. The IH bearings come pre-lubricated, but the aftermarket ones do not. Another cause is clutch fingers not being adjusted evenly or correctly, which will lead to premature bearing failure

Thanks Tim and all that answered my question. It was a broken clutch finger. Repaired it through the inspection hole.
