magneto or distributor

Postby cletrac1 » Sun Jul 17, 2005 8:09 pm

My cub serial # is 893 and has a distributor. Should it have a magneto? Or could it had a distributor from the factory? Will a mag off a Farmall B work?

Not sure if it had a mag or distributor originally, but I do know the cub magneto is different from the B magneto. The cub requires a J4 magneto, while the B requires a H4.
