After not being able to locate a pressure rod my dad decided to make one. It came out pretty good. Have not tried it yet. Just painted it today.
Its the one thats on the right. hopefully it will Git-r-done.

Scotty:
Wow Looks pretty good. Nice paint job too
I am surprised that you have had so much difficulty finding the pressure rods. I assume TM, JP were out and you were not the lucky bidder on eBay
Be curious to know how these turn out....

Painless:
Pressure rods come in pairs. They are used in conjunction with the rear lifting bar which is used to support and provide the lift for the rear tool bars in specific applications. One such application is the Cub-144 Cultivator.
I know that I use the lift bars in my Rudi's Hiller Project and I am assuming although I have not read all the literature on Cub Implements yet, that the Pressure Rods would have applications such as the Cub-252 Cultivator and a few others.
Hopefully Jim Becker or one of the other implement pros's will pop in and address the question.
There was also a thread which had links to TM Tractor's Gallery and a few other pages such as the CBI-1A Revision 12 Part's Manual, in the Cultivators section, but it is real late and time for noddling off for me... will try to add it tomorrow.

Thanks for the quick reply. I figured pressure rods had something to do with some implement.
