Well, he is standing on the carb side of the cub, so he must have had it off setting the float height or float drop, or put in a kit. The carb must have been dripping fuel, so he used the hammer to beat on the carb trying to get it to stop. While he had the carb off, he may have also been adjusting the valves. :help:
