Hard starting or no starting with my 66 Cub Loboy

Postby dfunt » Sun Oct 26, 2014 6:58 pm

Having trouble starting my 66 Loboy. I know why it won't start but I haven't been able yet to figure out how to fix it. It doesnt have enough spark at times. Problem seems to be intermittant but frequent. Any ideas?

First thing I would look at is the points, form there the cap and rotor, then coil.

Unless the plugs are fairly recent, replace the plugs, too. I used to have that problem with Eddie, and new plugs solved it.
