Easy enough to make. the ones on my ford had a piece of pipe (large enough so you still have access to the bolts) welded to the center disc. Tack a couple pieces of rebar sticking out of the sides of the pipe. put the size sona tube you need and pour. Probably better to use a high strength concrete.

There were some after market weights made for a cub. I've only seen 2 sets, 1 in red power and the set I have.

The rear weigh about 225 pounds and the front are about 50.
