how to remove ledger plate?

Postby leerenovations » Mon Aug 25, 2014 3:59 pm

Something got caught in my Cub 22 and bent the inner shoe ledger plate so it catches on the first sickle section. I got one end up but can't get it all the way off to replace it. Any help?

Hi,
The plate is wide, it is the width of the inner shoe, it is held on with 4 rivets, one at each corner of the plate. The post got too long, so I sent you a pm. :)

Got it and thanks, just wasnt looking at it enough. Your instructions made it make sense. The diagrams in the manuals are good but hard to make out small details.
