A first for me

Postby Garvin Gatewood » Thu Jul 10, 2014 6:05 pm

I had a first for me today. The clutch on my '79 stuck. I had not used it since early in the spring. I had started it to charge the battery. It would not go into gear so I just let it run for about thirty minutes. When I restarted it, it popped and I could get in into gear. I think that getting it hot helped . I had never had this happen before.
Eight Cubs-finally got a '57.

That's what the farmer said when his mule died. "He never did that before"

More likely the vibrations of the engine did some breaking loose of the rust

It was that ARK. shine he poured on it that did the trick.
