I'm not sure who decided this bear would be the poster child. :D The bidding is at $282 with one day left.

Think I'm too used to the first Cub bear to accept this one. The one above looks a little too wide-eyed and bushy-tailed for me.

Went for $565, about $113 per foot of height. Could've had another Cub for that.

Might seem high to some but how many are left out there? A LOT fewer than the actual tractors. My sister and I were going to try to buy it together, and we were the next to the high bidder . We had thought of trying to get some remade at one of those life-size poster places. The little display we have set up with the cubs, sheller and hammer mill, we thought it would look neat to have one standing by it. Oh well. If any one spies a good one let us know.

I seen it also and kinda wanted to bid but when I thought it got out of hand, it made the decision easier not too. I was not too interested in it because I think the bear kinda looks like a Rat? It would have been a neat piece for display purposes but at that price I can live without it. I showed my wife and tried to convince her to help out but all I got there was a SLAP across the face and a big NO. I was joking of course but she knew I really wasn't. HA HA :{_}:

Yeah, but was she joking with that SLAP?
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
