This should be a pretty simple one. On the middle of the front axel is the pivot point with 2, what I call nipples, one short and one longer, that the pivot pin goes through. Can anyone tell me if the long nipple with the grease fitting goes forward or rearward when re-installing. Does it make a difference?
Thanks,

Re: Re-Install Front Axel
Grease fitting goes to the rear. I'm not sure what might happen, but if you reverse it the axle will set back farther and may cause a problem with tie rod alignment. I'm also not sure if it will affect the angle of the front tires.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Re: Re-Install Front Axel
So the grease fitting is on the long nipple and that needs to face rearward with the grease fitting looking down, is that correct?
