Fast hitch differences?
Does anyone know offhand how different the fasthitch implementations are, between the Cub and the LowBoy? Mostly the same? Substantially different?

Re: Fast hitch differences?
TM Tractor has a nice gallery of implements that I've used for reference several times. To me, "A picture is worth a thousand words"..
Regards, Stan
P.S. In some cases they have a side by side comparison.. Good luck!

Re: Fast hitch differences?
I looked at this myself. The only difference I noticed in various pictures is the depth control. The hitch itself looks like it would fit on a regular cub.
EDIT: I went back and looked at the pictures again. There are some major differences. The mount at the finals is different and the height of the overall unit is different.

Re: Fast hitch differences?
fast hitch between loboy and regular cub are two different units, they cannot be interchanged, some implements will work on both, some are loboy only

Re: Fast hitch differences?
Are you asking the difference on the fast hitch or implements?? Hopefully you didn't buy the one on eBay a while back, guy would not change the listing when I told him it was for a Lo Boy. As TST said they are nowhere near the same.
For implements the ones that can be used on both are things like York rake, scraper blade, dirt plow, and field harrow. Mowers are specific and hard to find for either, but harder to find for a Lo Boy. A Cub disc will fit and work on a Lo Boy, the Lo Boy version will hit the tires on a Cub (Lo Boy hitch hangs a lot further back).
Now that I have a fast hitch on the 77 and the mower off the Lo Boy I should take some pictures side by side....... but have a couple of projects (seed the fort!) first.

Re: Fast hitch differences?
Well, I had thought about it, but in the end didn't. What I MAY do later on, is buy one of those 3-point hitches, in order to use modern attachments. I'm not a purist about these things.
