The offer to make some brackets for those headlights still stands.....and Dave I must have missed the oil thing, you'll have to fill me in
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.

We're in Michigan right now, headed to PA for a wedding later this week and then some camping. Won't get home until Monday.

Paul - Those 'flame' powered headlights will come in real handy on my 48 Cub without an electrical system. I think I have a good classic design to mount those beauties. I'll take some photos with them installed and working. They have got to be better than a mason jar full of lightning bugs or holding a Maglite in my teeth.

David - I appreciate your nice-ness about not saying anything about them thar new fangled antique lights or the OIL fiasco. I offered to punch a hole in that final drive pan and drain it out.

Brian - I have a unique idea for mounting these particular headlights, I think I can procure everything I need locally. Thanks for the offer.
