I wanted to take the time to THANK YOU guys with all the help getting my Cub up running. It was a timing issue, and as Eugene advised the static timing was key to the problem of starting my machine. Thanks for the step by step info and getting my Cub running like a top. the only reason took me so long to get it done was the extreme cold and snow we have been having in Central Mass. This a great site and I read it often only post once and a while, but I sure appreciate the quick answers and all the knowledge thats available here.
THANKS
CHUCK
